Prelim 2 Review

Prelim 2 overview

• December 4 at 7:30pm in person in Malott Hall 228
• Format: 75-minute paper exam, closed-book (-notes, -computer, etc.)
• It will emphasize both concepts and syntax
• We will have multiple question types, including but not limited to:
  1. improve this data visualization
  2. multiple choice and short answer questions
  3. explain how you would approach a coding task, including key functions (but not full code)
  4. explain what code we provide would do
  5. write short code snippets

Office hours before prelim 2

• Tuesday: Professor office hours by appointment
• Wednesday: Professor office hours by appointment
• Thursday: optional TA office hours during normal class meeting time
